Bituminous or hydraulic binders

For all road systems we suggest different types of binding material : bituminous, vegetable (oil type "végécol"), hydraulic (or cement) :

 

• Carriage way surfacing based on bitumen or vegetable oil:
  • Grain size 0/10 (supple and resistant for access roads with important use, great for town planning)
  • Grain size 0/4 or 0/6 (thin and aesthetic, great for private properties)
• Double-layered carriage way surfacing
  • This thin surfacing (15 to 20 mm) is a combination of 2 aggregate layers binded with a spreading of an acid bituminous emulsion.

Our qualified team can make a detailed study of your ground to be able to establish the type of work and surfacing you need for your projects by :

• Preparing the ground (cleaning, carrying away the vegetable soil)
• Carrying out of the ground form
• Adjustment and compacting
• Carrying out of a carriage-way layer with adapted GNT 0/20
• Impregnation and filling with a bituminous sand emulsion
• Spreading out the carriage-way surfacing or the double-layered surfacing
• Placing of concrete elements (curbstones etc.) to seperate the surfacings and the green areas.
